The new generation of rugged SIMOTICS SD low voltage motors stands for optimized performance and a wealth of innovative digital features. The motor series itself is very compact, efficient and extremely flexible – and above all, it is ready for digitalization and Cloud-based data analysis.
The high degree of flexibility is based on three versions, which set themselves apart as a result of a combination of attributes depending on the specific application. While SIMOTICS SD has a high starting torque, SIMOTICS SD Add is characterized by the fact that it has low starting currents. The SIMOTICS SD Pro motor has been designed to be flexibly deployed, especially as a result of the multi-voltage capability and converter operation up to 690 V.
